Unsolicited idea submission policy

UNSOLICITED IDEA SUBMISSION POLICY
I love listening to other people’s amazing ideas. The lawyers aren’t very happy about that because someone else’s lawyer will claim I took their idea and want millions from HBI. Then the lawyers all will fight it out, charge lots of money, and no one else is happy.
I really do like hearing from people, but my lawyers insist I tell you that if you send me an idea:
- HBI will consider the idea non-confidential and non-proprietary.
- HBI may use your idea for any purpose in any manner, without compensation to you or anyone else.
- HBI does not have to review your idea or give any feedback.
Sometimes people have given me a free idea and it turns out to be a really good one. I usually will cut them in for something, but that’s entirely up to me to decide if and how much.
If you understand that sharing an idea with me means I can use it without any obligation to you, then I’m excited to hear from you. If you don’t agree with this, please, please, don’t send me your idea.
While we cannot accept unsolicited ideas, RAW Rolling Papers always welcomes feedback on our existing business. If you want to send us your feedback, please only provide specific feedback on our existing business and do not include ideas that our policy prohibits. To provide feedback please visit the “Contact Us” section of our website at Contact. Any feedback you provide is deemed non-confidential and non-proprietary. RAW Rolling Papers shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis, without any compensation to you or any other person or party.
