We will also ask for an optional image of your ID or Drivers License.  This optional step is to make sure you are over the legal smoking age in the event we need to send you out a replacement product to ensure you are only using genuine RAW products. Unfortunately, due to regulations, we can only send replacement products to customers in the continental United States.

RAW does not recommend purchasing products from sites like Amazon, eBay, Alibaba, Wish.com or DHGate.  They are flooded with counterfeits, and RAW will not be responsible for replacing products purchased from these sites.  If you did purchase a counterfeit product from one of these sites, we recommend reporting it to their Legal and/or Fraud Prevention Department.  If you wish to purchase our products online, please find a RAWthentic online store on the Buy RAW page by clicking here.
