The United States is awash in counterfeit products of all types. Counterfeits often look very much like a genuine product. Make sure you purchase from a reputable distributor or retailer. HBI’s products are protected by US and international trademarks, copyrights and patents. HBI must protect its intellectual property by all legal means. Please don’t try the scam where you tell our guy in the RAWKY costume or one of our salespeople that you are using one of our trademarks and then years later claim, “but I told you I was doing it”. Absolutely no – we are a real company with many employees, most of whom don’t have authority regarding use of our marks. If you want to disclose the use of our marks or anything that might conflict with us, you MUST inform our legal department legal@hbiin.com Again, do NOT try the “but I told the guys spinning your sandwich sign” scam – it absolutely infuriates us and shows that your intentions are to defraud rather than honesty.

Fraudulent Social Media Collaboration Contracts

It has come to our attention that fake “RAW LIFE 247 Collaboration Contracts” are currently circulating. Please be aware that this document is completely fraudulent. RAW does not offer these types of services or brand partnerships through social media.
