Designer

Do you want to work for RAW?!?
Think you’re good?
Great BUT So does everyone else 😂

We’re NOT looking for another designer who can make things “clean,” “modern,” and “pop.”
We want taste. We want nerve. We NEED SOMEONE THAT REALLY ‘GETS IT!’
We want the kind of work that makes someone stop and say:
“Who the hell made that?” Break rules, bend grids, make ugly beautiful, make beautiful dangerous.

Don’t send us a résumé.
Send us the work.
SHOW. US. WHAT. YOU. GOT!!!
MAKE A MOCKUP THAT WILL BLOW OUR MINDS!!

Pretend you are making artwork for a new imaginary RAW paper. Pretend it’s made from saguaro cactus or made from buckwheat, or made from poison ivy (just pick one of them and have fun with it, we chose these ridiculous impossible materials because the point is only for you to show us your skills!!!)

Not exactly the obvious stars of a design brief, but that’s the point.

We’re looking for a graphic designer who can take something raw, unexpected, and a little weird – and turn it into something impossible to ignore.
Don’t give us another beige “organic” label.
Don’t give us a cactus with a cute little smile.
And please, for the love of good design, no generic leaves.
We want your true artistic expression!
Your edge.
Your point of view.
Take organic buckwheat, saguaro cactus, and/or poison ivy and make us see it differently.

Make your packing so good that people would actually want it! Make sure it’s 2026 style not 2006!!!

Let’s see what you’ve got !!
