RAW LIFE Grinder Replacement Parts

If anything goes wrong with your RAW LIFE Grinder that’s our fault, we will replace the part for free.*

Fill out the form and be sure to provide:

• Your correct contact information
• Accurate description of the problem
• Photos of the part to be replaced
• Proof of purchase (original receipt – because we need to make sure it’s not a Wish/Alibaba/DH Gate/etc. fake)**

* Your RAW LIFE Grinder should not perform incapably due to a manufacturing defect, design flaw or component failure.  Normal wear & tear, as well as user-caused damage to the grinder’s exterior or internal components, are not covered under warranty.  Any form of misuse, abuse or mistreatment to the grinder may void the warranty.  The warranty covers only repair and replacement, not refunds, and is limited to the value of your original purchase.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.

* You must have proof of purchase to make a warranty claim on the RAW LIFE Grinder, and you will be ineligible to receive replacement parts without valid proof of purchase.
